What Our Residents Say
"Mom and Dad have lived at the Peaks for 5 years, moving in after Mom’s initial stroke recovery. It was in early 2020, at the height of the COVID restrictions, where most facilities were saying no to us and closing up to new residents. The Peaks said yes, and have been saying yes ever since. Our family has been very grateful. The caregivers and staff there are topnotch. The current administration and staff are the best group I have seen in the 5 years. They have not only cared for my parents, they have also loved them."

"My parents moved into The Peaks in January of 2025, so have lived there just over 6 months now. I cannot say enough about the care and support they have received. It has definitely been an adjustment for both of them, but they are both doing well. As their main caregiver, I am so grateful for the support and kindness they are receiving from the staff, which has alleviated a great amount of stress and worry for both me and my family. The activity department is excellent at coming up with all different kinds of daily activities. My parents enjoy listening to music, crafts, cards, games, men's group, ladies group, exercise class, holiday events, and weekly outings. From the lovely front desk staff, nursing, aids, cleaning, bookkeeper, maintenance, dining and kitchen staff-we could not be more pleased with The Peaks. It is a wonderful group of people and my parents and our family are grateful we found them. Ageing and giving up some of your independence is difficult and I am very appreciative to have The Peaks support while helping my parents navigate this time of their life."

"Making the decision to move a parent to Memory Care is extremely hard. There are so many emotions that you as their caregiver are trying to manage. As soon as I walked in to The Peaks Memory Care, I knew the team would care for my Mom with love and respect. Due to my mother’s quick health deterioration, I spent many hours, days and late nights at The Peaks. I got to see all hours and can say that the caregivers are always present, aware and going from one person’s need to person’s need seamlessly. I never heard complaining, I only heard, “give me a minute and I’ll come help.” The caregivers always gave me so much support, detail on my Mom and love. My Mom passed during her time at The Peaks. I’ll miss seeing the caregivers on a frequent basis because they became an extension of my Mom’s family."
